RORC Île d’Ouessant Race
This is a new race on the RORC calendar first run in 2016. It requires participation in at least 1 other RORC race together with a sea survival certificate.
The race starts on the Sunday after Cowes Week in August.
Join us on Saturday as Cowes week ends at Shepard's Wharf Marina Cowes.
This is similar to the Fastnet Race all be it in safer waters and a third shorter in distance.
This event is as a campaign only and includes one RORC qualifing race and a training weekend.

The Ide d'Ouessant race will start from Cowes, head West to Wolf Rock, dropping South to the Ile d"ouessant before returning East along the French coast to finish in the beautiful French port of St Malo.
New faces are always welcome to join us and those who return year on year.

To join the Ushant Campaign you must have some sailing previous experience, preferably offshore although racing experience isn't essential. We will provide you with all the training you need.

Cost: £1,500 per person. (£600 deposit to book + 2 x £450 instalments)
